Exchange Rate Service - BIZANY includes an exchange rate service that is updated daily from fixer.io a service managed by apilayer. Fixer.io gets its data from several sources including the European Central Bank.
Bank Statement Download Service - BIZANY can automatically download customers bank statements for banks that expose a JSON API service for this purpose. Customers that want to take advantage of this service must obtain the necessary access from their banks.
Electronic Notice Board – BIZANY includes an on-line notice board service. Items posted on the board are visible across the enterprise. Notices are auto managed. Each notice has an expiry date. On expiry, notices are removed from the display and archived. Archived notices are visible only to the notice board administrator.
Bulletin Board Service – A knowledge share service within the enterprise. Here authors can publish articles on various topics of interests or even publish links to external websites. Readers can subscribe/unsubscribe to/from topics of interests.
Notification Service – Alerts/Email. BIZANY always keeps you in the know. Whether it is the status of tasks executing in the background, status of reports, status of your service requests or exceptional events or organizational changes that directly affect you. BIZANY will send you a notification in the form of an alert to your in-tray. You can optionally request that a copy of the notification be forwarded to your email. BIZANY will gladly oblige.
Batch Engine – All long running tasks are executed in the background. No need to sit and wait at the terminal for a task to complete. On completion or termination you will be notified. You can also keep tab of the status of your background tasks from the job queue in your out tray.
Download Centre – Like long running tasks, long running reports are submitted to the batch processing engine for execution. At completion you will be notified and your report will be held in the servers internal repository. You can access your reports from the download centre.
A unique feature of batch reports in our applications is the clean separation of the report generation process from report formatting. This way you can change the format of your reports without having to regenerate the report all over again. So if you are not happy with the font, layout, orientation, or font-size, you simply change your options and reprint the report. For long running reports this will save you time and money. You can also choose to have the report download in CSV format for use in a spreadsheet application. You wont need to regenerate the report. These capabilities are unique to Busisoft systems.Other complimentary services too numerous to mention.
