With BIZANY, you can organize your suppliers into categories for ease of management. For stock purchases you can then limit purchases of items by families to categories of suppliers. You can also apply different terms of engagement to supplier categories if your business model requires this. Engagement terms can be overridden for each supplier.

In BIZANY rather that assign purchasing of stock items to individual buyers, you assign purchasing of a family of items to purchasing crew. This way an individual buyer cannot hold the system to ransom. Purchasing crew are setup like any other service crew. The system can be configured to assign purchase requests in a round robin fashion to crew members or the crew supervisor can assign requests manually.

Purchasing crew can also be assigned to handle non-stock purchases.

Stock purchase requests are automatically created by the application in response to re-order level breaches. Manual creation is limited and restricted to certain managerial roles and requiring higher level approvals.

Invoicing for build and service contracts require the execution of job completion certificates. Job completion certificates can only be issued by the beneficiary service center.

Invoicing for stock purchases requires the execution of goods receipt certificates. Goods receipt certificates can only be issued by the beneficiary warehouse management.

Invoicing for non stock and assets purchases requires the execution of goods receipt certificates. Such goods receipt certificates can only be issued by the beneficiary service center or asset custodian.

It is common in project management to subcontract work to 3rd parties. With BIZANY subcontracting is easy. When you create the contract request, you simply specify the parent project as the beneficiary and the systems does the rest for you.
